THE DREAM OF A PARALLEL WORLD WHERE WE LIVE A SECOND LIFE

 

 

We sleep in average 4 months a year, the dream is an invisible universe, in the same way as our earth, but lived differently that in that of our awaken world 

We are many to ask oursleves the question, to know why, an emotion, an idea, a rational sensitization arisen during the day, an answer reflecting a step to zones the most unconscious zones of us even.

Let us ask ourselves the true question all this time dedicated to the sleep is it not of lost time?

No on the contrary while we sleep, we work most egoistically for ourselves. We travel astralement in various spheres, we communicate more or less with the other levels, we join those whom the constant spirit does not allow us to meet because of the heaviness of our carnal vibrations.

The dream is a parallel life, thanks to him we meet the debuts, of an internal state, because in the daytime we live with a multitude of moral educational prohibitions, at night we are free. This is why we need to learn to decode the dreams and especially not to be afraid of meeting in the collection of one the small touch of madness which lives us in all. 

There are two conditions to improve, the first one: it is the introspection by the analysis of the dreams and the second it is to have the courage to face our incapacities by learning to work the positive dream.




THE PHASES OF SLEEP



There are certain phases during  sleep during which we can act on our dreams by serving ourselves as mental projections on which we decide to schedule to change on what we decided to transform into positive. For that, it is necessary to understand the cycle of five phases that each of us live in our sleep.


FIRST PHASE:

we quickly sink into  sleep, the body temperature falls, the heart rhythm slows down, the breath sets of the heaviness. We can sleep without realizing it, it is the phase Alpha; at this stage we are slightly conscious, we feel the good being of our cosy bed, it is during this phase that we can act by a big concentration of acting on our dreams.The most important five minutes of the day are the ones which precede  sleep, the feelings which fill at this moment  crystallize in the deepest zones of the being. This Alpha period lasting 20mn we live this period twice in the evening by falling asleep and in the morning by waking up. 


The SECOND PHASE:

it is the phase THÊTA which we recognize by the slumber. In this phase sleep is cut easily, nevertheless we know that we slept, we wake up and fall asleep again easily. We remember our dreams. We can easily remember them in the morning

The THIRD PHASE:

it is the phase Delta where sleep is relatively deep. It lasts approximately 30mn. There we don't remember our dreams. 

The FOURTH PHASE:

we sleep very deeply, it is very difficult to wake up and we cannot rememberany of our dreams. We are complétement unconscious. 
  FIFTH PHASE:

it is the one of paradoxal sleep. The one who shows himself by a fast eye movement or R E M. It is the state which gets closer to deep sleep but is revealed different because we are conscious and because the spirit is active, we can wake up  but with difficulty. It gives a time of 14 to 19 mn every time to dream. Those who wake up after paradoxal sleep remember their dreams: that is the only condition.
